HOW TO BE CONFIDENT

every morning, tell yourself

  • i am the sixth doctor
  • i look so fucking amazing
  • if you don’t think i look fabulous you’re wrong so shut up
  • i am so awesome
  • if you disagree i don’t care go away

I’m not sure if that’s the best idea. I love sixie, but given the choice I don’t think I’d model my emotional stability off of him.

Not emotional stability; confidence. Let’s be honest, he was VERY confident…

While psychopathy is the result of genes (nature), sociopathy appears to be the result of childhood trauma (nurture).
Because sociopathy appears to be learned rather than innate, sociopaths are capable of empathy in certain limited circumstances, and with a few individuals but not others.

Just realised this (maybe someone else already has), but Sherlock literally admitted (twice in the series) that he is a sociopath rather than a psychopath, which (as you see above), means that he can form attachments to a few people.
Evidenced by Moriarty and his “your only three friends in the world” line. I couldn’t find a gif for that :/

This is a new term:

Background Band - A band that you think are ok, but you don’t really listen to that much.

If their songs come on the radio, you listen and you like it, but you don’t have many of their songs or whatever.

And if someone asks you if you like them, you go “yeah”, but you’re not a mega- fan.

Idk, I feel like this is a useful term. For me, anyway.

i feel like i contributed in the construction of this term aw:’)

But you weren’t going to post it! :P
